Sheree Bliss Tilsley, A medicine woman’s prayer
There are may valuable therapeutic techniques, tools and approches, but the ultimate healing is simply love, Self-love. The main goal of a therapy process is just to help us to love ourselves, to accept ourselves, to forgive ourselves and to fully embrace our authenticity. When we reconnect to our authenticity and when we remember who we are beyond the trauma and the conditioning, we find out that are already whole, unbroken.
"Every separate being in the universe returns to the common source. Returning to the source is serenity"
Lao Tzu
What you can find on this website
This site is finally a quite intimate space where I share my thoughts, my vision, my ideas and creations, all linked to my personal process and to my journey (more material will be added gradually).
I like to use colours and shapes to talk about the invisible, to describe emotions, feelings and the experience of one’s Soul (essential experiences). It is a simple and very accessible way to express visually something that is intangible.
The human Soul is composed of subtle perfect qualities that were described by the philosopher Plato, the “Platonic forms”. These are divine and immuable Soul qualities such as joy, vitality, love, compassion, peace, courage, solidity, true power, steadfastness, creativity, imagination, playfulness, etc. Innate human qualities that children are naturally connected to, and that we often disconnect from, as we grow up. The Soul qualities and other inner experiences can be expressed through colours and shapes. We also often find a clear correspondence between the perception of a particular Soul aspect and the colour associated to it. In a therapeutic process it is often through visiting the wound that we can reconnect to our personal qualities and colours. The wound represents the moment of the disconnection and is therefore the door for the reconnection.
"The wound is where the light enters".

About Greece
Greece (I call her mama Greece) has been, and still is for me, the ultimate place of healing. Since I arrived in 2016 she has given me absolutely everything I needed in order to heal: love, protection, wisdom, beauty, connection to the divine, friends, celebration and dance, light and sun, holy waters and purification, joy, aliveness, fullness of life, everything! I still thank Greece and Athens every day, even in the midst of the chaos of the city, for being so generous and loving to me. I love you so much!
This country is full of magic and surprises! In the next years I plan to visit and discover new places (both in the mainland and in the islands) that holds a special energy: rivers, forests and seasides. My intent is, in the future, to organise healing retreats in those places and to connect together to both nature and to ourselves. The idea is that those groups will include a part of physical effort, hiking, movement and sports; while the other part will be dedicated to therapy, sharing, group processing and expression of feelings.
Leela, was giving me a lot of support and comfort working with my Inner Child. She is actually being a loving, caring and embracing adult/parent, which Is needed in this beautiful process. I find Leela to have a unique talent, in the matter of feeling her client, and making a very safe and trustful space for you to discover yourself. I felt that it was safe for me to feel all the feelings coming up, during the process. She also have a positive authority about her, that makes you open for her guidance. I am grateful. Thank you Leela
Leela is such a beautiful companion full of care and appreciation for the connection with the inner child. She guided me to enrich my relationship with this beautiful part of myself, other times terrified and other with so much power and wisdom. This relationship with the inner child, with myself, brings more and more intimacy, trust and growth in the most beautiful way in my life. Thank you so much Leela
"Thanks to my Inner Child therapy with Leela, I have gained a great deal of understanding on how the dynamics in my family of birth, and my role therein, has slowly shaped the habitual patterns of my behaviour. Leela provides a space for the growing of understanding as well as the holding of painful and difficult feelings and experiences in an atmosphere of acceptance and lightness. Leela is a sincere person, who has worked, and is working with great integrity on the finding of self-knowledge. She is not a person 'who knows' and acts from such a vain place. She is someone who wants to know, and will never arrive at some dogma. Her searching quality gives her the necessary depth to be a very good therapist. It makes it easy to trust her, and this trust is of such a level, that the very trust itself is able to function as the initiator of a process of healing and integration. By following therapy with Leela, I have become a more integrated and whole person than I was before."
